1. QA Prescreening Call: Start with a free 45-minute call to assess your QA needs and decide whether to proceed.

2. Test Strategy: If you choose to move forward, we sign a framework agreement and individual order. We only invoice after the tailored Test Strategy is delivered.

3. Fractional QA Team: After reviewing the strategy, you can start a monthly Fractional QA contract with agreed starting days. You are invoiced monthly based on actual hours worked within a month, can order additional QA hours in writing anytime.
