Partner Testimonials

Real founders. Real impact.

“We worked with Fuserwise before the release of a critical app launch. QA embedded within our own dev team inherently has blind spots. The team at Fuserwise was able to pinpoint those blind spots in with an impressive turnaround, which massively increased the quality of our release. We will definitely leverage their service again in the future to keep our quality standards as high as our pace.”

“We told them to break the app and they did. 39 real, useful bugs in just 8 hours, including critical ones we had missed. That kind of rapid, external pressure test is invaluable for startups.”

Yes. The 8-hour package is fully flexible. You can use it in one session or split it across multiple releases (for example 4 hours now, 4 hours later, or 2+2+4). There are no constraints on how you allocate the time, although we recommend starting with an 8-hour deep dive to have the chance to screen your product health thoroughly with the first session.

During an 8-hour Bug Hunting session, testing is typically distributed across 4 experienced QA engineers, each testing for 2 hours on their own device. This gives you broader coverage faster: different people, different devices, different perspectives. If needed, we can also adjust this setup (for example fewer testers for a more focused session).

By default, you receive a structured bug report Notion page (similar to the sample bug report) within 24 hours of the booked testing focus meeting. If you prefer, we can also log issues directly into your Jira, ClickUp, Linear or similar project management system. We can additionally set up a shared Slack or Teams channel for fast communication during testing.

Yes, it can work, if what you need is exploratory testing. The Bug Hunting package fits naturally into fast release cycles without adding process overhead. Some teams continue using Bug Hunting before key releases. Others later switch to Fractional QA Team when they want ongoing coverage. Both models work, it depends on your needs.

The standard 8-hour Bug Hunting package is offered at a fixed price. For teams that want to pre-purchase testing hours for regular use, we offer a volume discount: 5x8 (40) hours are ordered and paid upfront for a 3-month period, we apply a 20% discount to the entire volume which is essentially one session free (390 EUR value).
